Magris Talc offers a range of products which are high-purity, functional additives ideal for adhesives, caulks, mastics, and sealants. Magris Talc provides reinforcement for improved mechanical properties and imparts hydrophobicity and barrier properties for improved corrosion resistance.

Talc is oleophilic which gives it the ability to associate with liquid resins such as alkyds, polyesters, acrylics, amines, and polyols. Talc creates weak bonds with these resins that result in improved low-shear viscosity. When shear is applied the bonds break quickly, resulting in shear-thinning rheology that is ideal for many application methods.

Mistron® RCS is an excellent choice for demanding applications due to its hydrophobic nature, very low mineral solubility, and proven anti-corrosion performance. Mistron® Vapor RE is a high purity talc offering ideal rheology and performance.
